Our Process

Our process begins during our initial interactions with our clients. At QC Blasting and Coating, we make every effort to maintain a strict schedule all while keeping an open line of communication with you, our clients. We start by providing accurate estimates for each individual project that we take on. We understand the importance of determining the specific needs of our clients, keeping assets for the least amount of time all while delivering superior quality, finished projects on time.

We save energy by using LED lighting. Our solvent recovery system allows us to reuse solvents so they don’t end up in a landfill. In our blast room we utilize a reclamation system so the spent abrasive doesn’t go in a  dumpster, also allowing us to run efficiently while keeping the environment clean.

QC Blasting and Coating puts an enormous amount of thought and effort into what we do and how we do it. We work with you to get the best solution to protecting your assets. We also utilize the most recent codes and procedures along with a green moto to meet those needs. It is our job to understand the uniqueness of every project we handle and how to execute these spec driven jobs.

From the start of a project through completion, QC Blasting and Coating records data using our job specific Quality Sheets to verify all items are being handled with unmatched quality control. While we can alter our Quality Sheet to fit each individual client to meet their needs and expectations, our everyday focus on quality control is our way of life. This quality control is measured by recording atmospheric conditions, blast profile, material batch numbers, wet film/dry film thickness and expiration dates.
